It's a good show and it's a good spin off too. I'm just saying here that Nick needs more variety because this is only one of the four shows that play all day.
Hello Everybody Today I'm Reviewing The Casagrandes a Spinoff of Nickelodeon's popular Nicktoon The Loud House. Anyway the Show is about Ronnie Anne & her Family living in Great Lake City. Ronnie Anne meets a girl Sid Chang who she & her Family Move to Great Lake City. Her Family includes her Little sister Adelaide, Her dad Mr. Stanley Chang Voiced by Ken Jeong & her Mom Mrs. Becca Chang Voiced By Melissa Joan Hart. Ronnie Anne's Family Includes Her Brother Bobby & her Cousin's C. J. who has Down Syndrome, Carl & Carlota. My Favorite Episode so Far is Karate Chops were Carl can't handle when Adelaide joins his Karate Class so he Challenges her to a Board Breaking contest & he wins & he need her to do the Board Breaking to save the Dojo. Anyway I really Like The Casagrandes & I give it a 10/10. Anyway BYE.
This was one of the best modern shows from when spin-offs are to risky to make The show doesn't have subliminal advertising, it has no bad writing so it doesn't annoy us when there is a funny moment and it had a supporting character who steals the spotlight. What more could you ask for a good show?
Please don't listen to idonotexist review because the Casgrandes are honest more then ethnic pandering. It has a better duo of protagonist ,the art direction is still really good and it's nod to Mexican heritage is honestly really cool ,and while it still has the same flaws as the loud house, it's characters lean more on a unique side which kills a flaw that the loud house usually has and that's being cliche.Overall it's a nice, diverse, and organic cartoon for all ages and I highly recommend it.
So far I like what I've seen, the first of the 2 episodes more though. Showcases a Mexican family that ISN'T based entirely off stereotypes, which I quite like. If you like The Loud House you will probably like this too!
Not much else to say here. It is a slice of life show aimed generally at kids so it will feature many jokes geared towards them. I will continue to see what this show has in store.
EDIT July 2, 2020: This show has lost me over time unfortunately. It relies on a lot of gross-out jokes much like Loud House, and that usually doesn't go over well with me, especially if there is no punchline. I saw a newly aired episode where the school lunch-lady dropped her band-aid in the mashed potatoes, then a student pulls it out of their mouth enthusiastically. Afraid I did not laugh at that one, it just made me want to throw up. And I'm sure there are more in recent episodes. I'm still giving it a 6 cause it's mostly a fine kids show, but there isn't much for an adult like me. Letter grade I give this show a C+ now. It is definitively an "OK" show. I still appreciate the fact that the Mexican family isn't all Mexican stereotypes, which would make the show dated and boring.
P.S. My mind changed actually, I think Loud House is slightly better. But not by much....
