When an animation studio still remembers why they make animation

Nothing is perfect, this was no exception. But what matters is you can see how much effort and heart was put into making this movie. Feels like a breath of fresh air in the time of pointless live action and sequels.

Best local movie of the year. Or I dare say one of the best animated movie of the year, internationally.

Watch this for the heart.

The Best Animation.

Ejen Ali the movie is one of the best Malaysian animation this year, after Upin & Ipin the movie and Boboiboy the movie 2. The plot is relevant related to real world, and the art of fighting with super high technology gadgets is awesome. 10/10.

The best movie I ever watched!

If i have my final rm20 to survive this month, i will spend it all for this movie.

Enjoyable to everybody.

U have to watch their series first. Good storyline even predictable ending. But the plot is full with actions and thrills. Never find local animations full of actions like this before.

At first, Wau Animation planned to make Ejen Ali as a feature-film project, but because of difficulties securing investment and after discussing with many parties and some feedbacks, they felt that it is a loss if they only produce a single movie as the concept is so wide. They planned to develop this series at least until 5 seasons, then the films will follow.
