I watched twice. I gaved 7 stars this time. This show helped me a lot to understand why i "had/have to be a perfectinonest" or having thoughts of" did i hurt someone or was that illusional?" when i was a kid. Nobody gaved me answer. Any dr or counceller told me "You might have OCD" I have CPTSD. Bur i always questioning to myself. All flashbacks are Really flashbacks because of cptsd thing??One dt told me "What else??" But i knew i have something else. Although some scene of this show were bit unrealistic and this girl had completely different background, i started researching by myself about OCD. My life never been easy even after i cut x abusive family off from my life. I don't sugarcoat it.i don't think i can heal from super hardcore long term trouma by dr or group session whatever. But I'll stick with it. I'm not saying in sarcastic way. Everybody have different types of struggles or situations. Not everyone can't get support like this. But i appreciated it. At least I understand what's happening in my head and why clearly more. Really thanks!

I have OCD (since i understand at 16 years old and i'm 23 y.o. Right now) but not sexual thoughts type. More like overthinking about life&death problems, conversations and controlling stuffs; oven, tap, windows, doors or doing something in social media, writing something on my job.

Checking, checking and checking again... In short, this program the purest way to represent what is feeling like live with OCD, for people have this disorder or don't have this but curious about it.

Great little number though

Binge watched the entire series in one sitting. This wasn't a documentary but it gave good insight to something I knew nothing about ( I thought I knew, but I didn't!). This show will make you cringe, uplift you, make you sad, surprise you and make you laugh all at the same time. The characters are really likeable and drama is all that. Definitely worth watching.
