Running the Bases

This movie honestly is one of the best films I have seen this year! It has something for everyone and keeps your attention from beginning to end. The story was excellent and the characters were realistic with heart that draws you in. Acting was A+ and casting was perfect across the board. One way I know a movie is exceptional is if it can make me cry... I cried! This movie was not only entertaining but it masterfully wove real life principles of faith, courage, forgiveness, redemption, and hope throughout. It also has some twists, turns, and surprises too. This film shines and is a must see for all!!

This was a well-produced faith-based film, with great actors! Excellent life lessons about living out your faith and following God's call for your life. You don't have to love sports to understand what's happening in the movie. For people who are tired of violent movies, here is a movie you can enjoy with your family, whatever the age of your children. Would love to see more of these type movies in major theaters! Coaches should take their teams to see how this team learns to work together. A great lesson about trusting God to provide. A great reminder that God works all things out for our good.

I was honestly impressed with and surprised by this movie! I knew going in that as a Christian movie, there might be aspect technically that weren't comparable to the recent blockbusters of the secular box office but the cinematography was beautiful and I enjoyed seeing the variety of shots and seamlessly editing. I loved the incorporation of the soundtrack and how it played on the audience's heartstrings. The story itself was so heart-wrenching. Bring you tissues because there were so twists even I didn't see coming that left me with my jaw on the floor. I was so engaged in this film and had such a fun time watching it. Bring your whole family to this clean film that proclaims the good news of the Hope we have in Jesus Christ. It's witty, wholehearted and winsome! To everyone involved in this project...Great Job of standing up for your faith even when the world didn't approve! I plan to go see it again and take my family!

This movie was awesome! Finally a feel good (actual) family movie. Saw it twice and buying it when it comes out. I didn't have to worry about my kids watching it at all, unlike 99% of the movies coming out now. So much crap coming out of the movie industry, this is a breath of fresh air. Acting was good, storyline was great and the message was outstanding! If we had more movies like this coming out of Hollywood our world wouldn't be so messed up. If you haven't seen it I would highly recommend it and if you like it make sure to share it and support this kind of entertainment. Everyone complains about what this industry is trying to do to our kids, and rightfully so, then you ought to support this kind of film.

EVERYONE. This movie is STUNNING. Even better than I had imagined it to be. Everything from the acting to the message, to all parts in between were STUNNING. This was one of the FEW movies that actually made me cry at SEVERAL pints in the movie. I HIGHLY suggest bringing those who maybe have NEVER heard the Gospel to this movie, it MIGHT just spark a conversation that changes their eternal destiny. DO see it, support it, bring friends, family, coworkers, anyone else you can think of. This movie DESERVES to be seen. It is an EASY A+ in my book. WONDERFUL job Up2You films, you did a STUNNING job with a VERY timely film.
