It is about a man who can't choose properly when the options are provided in the life but when the same problem comes in selecting life partner he learns lot of things makes mistakes regrets later but ultimately chooses the correct partner it is a simple movie with no commercialiaty like regular big budjet Telugu movies with a good humour and message we can see the characters in this movie in real life too around us

Mental Madhilo is absolutely good film. One of its kind. First hour is too good. But second hour doesn't reach our expectations. Still it gives us ok feeling. The concept is good ..the Screenplay is very good but when character renu it makes u feel uncomfortable why the hell is happening like this. It was all about confusion. This movie is Something different when compared to regular kind of cinema. Songs are biggest plus. Bgm is good. The total Bombay episode is nothing but to sit and watch. Some people find it interesting. It's just my opinion. Thanks to Preclimax and climax. Those scenes were really good. Locations are okay. Performances are good. Finally Vivek Athreya.. A Gem in writing. Recommended

The movie is one more master piece from the makers of Pelli Choopulu. Very authentic. The movies just passes the time to a great extent. It smoothly runs through out from the start to the end, only because of the performances of Sree Vishnu and Nivetha Pethuraj, Sivaji Raja. The emotion, family, comedy are the high lights of the film. It is such a simple movie, yet very concentrated in its simplicity that will not let you down for sure.

The only part I felt should have been better, is the way Aravind gets close to Swecha after a momentary breakup. Aravind should have earned it properly before he gets along with her again, but it looked more like he was requesting and begging the lady for the marriage.

Mental Madhilo (2017) is a film I really enjoyed-especially the first half, which felt refreshingly realistic and grounded. The story, characters, and interactions during that portion were truly engaging.

Sri Vishnu and Nivetha Pethuraj make a charming pair, with natural chemistry that adds warmth to the narrative. The music score also complements the mood of the film very well.

However, the shift to Mumbai in the second half felt like a departure from the tone set earlier. It didn't quite match the authenticity of the first half, which was a bit disappointing.
