Had the pleasure of seeing this film at the Oakville Film Festival. Met the director/writer Roz Owen after the Q&A. Well done all around: acting, screenplay and a beautiful score. A sad piece of Canadian history we all should learn and understand.

This is an important film for all Canadians to see that exposes the tragedy of the "sixties scoop" and its lingering effects on Indigenous Canadians to this day. Bravo for the producers making such an important film with limited resources. Get it on iTunes if you want it!

My wife and I saw this movie at the Oakville Festival and were very impressed. It's a painful story but told beautifully. I was not particularly well informed about the Sixties Scoop but this movie introduced me to the subject in a moving and credible way. And, while the movie is both serious and frank, it's also a successful entertainment. I can't recommend this movie enough - it's an afternoon or evening VERY well spent.

I was so incredibly lucky to see this film at the Whistler Film Festival in the Fall of 2018, followed by a question and answer session with Roz Owen. The movie is pure magic. It brings to the audience a story that is many Sixties Scoop Survivor's story. A story that is not know by most Canadians, but needs to be. Trouble is the Garden is authentic, heartfelt, and brutally honest. It's a must watch for all Canadians. I'm so happy that it's finally available to everyone!
