This is so boring. Like watching nails rust levels of boring. I find it hard to express quite how tedious this film is. Watching water freeze, paint dry or the growth of your own fingernails is more interesting.
I'd rather beat myself over the head with a cast iron skillet pan than sit through it again.

Arrest and fine the maker of such movies and they are so over confident to call it not only horror genre but also a movie. Even ghosts will feel insulted after watching. Why do they do this what make them feel people will watch it a study can be done on such mind set. I finished this movie in five minutes by fast forwarding.

I was hoping this film would live up to the image that it presents in the poster and the trailer but it doesn't. It falls flat for me. The scenes on the railway car were scary at times but I felt the film makers didn't take full advantage of the eeriness they created, especially with the pockets of darkness that was in the tunnel. There was too much screaming that just didn't make any sense. I kept wondering why does the female lead scream so much? What was there for her to scream about?
The shots of the scenery were beautiful and the railway cars were awesome but that's all this film had going for it. The ending left me flat and let down.

Most of the time is strange sounds come from
somewhere and it's the scary part. Low budget film without enjoyable scary moment. Dislike!

It was a pleasure to watch this movie. Almost no special effects, great story and unexpected moments made this movie a thrill to watch. Where you don't expect it, it hits you with scary moments and the scenes on an actual train moving through the Nevada winter breathless. Recommended.

Wonderful horror film done in northern Nevada using Northern Nevada Railway's trains. If you remember Rat race, the station shown was in fact Ely, Nevada not Silver city, NM, which has no railway.
Infernum is about a real life event, with the motto "what you hear will kill you" starring Suziey Block, Clinton Roper Elledge, Michael Barbuto and Sarah Schoofs. Directed by Dutch Marich. Recommended!

I am located in Greece and unfortunately I can't watch this movie on straight video. It's available in North America and in the UK, so one needs a VPN to watch it outside these areas. Which is what myself and others did.
I always watch movies about trains, and this is no exception. The railway sequences in apparently year 1873 railway cars, are nice. It's amazing how well kept these railway cars are, considering they are over 140 years old! They were rented from the Northern Nevada railroad and one day, when I go there, I hope to see them personally.
The film is about a sound that kidnaps people and people who are trying to find what happened. Makeup is very good (done by well known make up artist Marcy Saylor) and some filming sequences excellent (cinematographer was director Dutch Marich).
Music was created by Bryan Stage (famous for his work on the to be released "we want the Airwaves" documentary) and Daniel Valle did the excellent drone cinematography.
Yes, a low budget film, but well done.

Ok, this is a low budget movie about a weird sound that abducts people and takes them somewhere. It's sort of a mix between a horror and not so horror movie. Filmed in Northern Nevada among other places, it uses Northern Nevada trains and locomotives so for someone interested in trains, like me, this is not so bad a film.
You can tell some of the crew are new in movie making, but as far as the production goes, it's an OK escape from reality.
There are other reviews that don't give it many points (obviously they were part of people that didn't like the crew for some reason), but I wouldn't give much attention to such reviews.
Suffice to say, it is great for railroad buffs!
