Laugh so much its realy great movie..

It is hard to belive that the rating of this film is so low. I don't understand people who scored this movie under 7. I am sure that this movie reminds them the reality that we are all in and it is hard to accept by many people. The performance of the actors and actresses is wonderful and the jokes are hilarious and genius. I really enjoyed every scene of this brilliant movie.

The film's premise is quite outlandish: an alien accidentally lands in a small Turkish district called Kolonya. During the welcoming festivities, the alien's spaceship is destroyed, leaving it stranded. This unexpected event leads to the district mistakenly declaring itself an independent country, "Kolonya Cumhuriyeti." The newfound nation then finds itself in a bizarre conflict with the United States while trying to navigate the challenges of being a sovereign state with a very limited population and resources, often with the help of the alien.

What Works * Absurd Humor: The film leans heavily into absurdist comedy, and this is where it often shines. Many viewers appreciate its unconventional approach to humor, departing from typical Turkish comedy tropes.

* Çaglar Çorumlu's Performance: Çaglar Çorumlu receives significant praise for his portrayal of Peker Mengen. His comedic timing and ability to embody the eccentric mayor are frequently highlighted as a strong point of the film.

This movie, despite the technical challenges, is one of the best system critics I have ever seen. The plot, the acting, the setting are purposefully all culturally inappropriate (or you may say too real that it is inappropriate) under the mask of humor. Highly cultural and requires a certain level of intellectuality, I have to say. Underrated.

Possible Side Effects: This one may cause deep urges to retire from movie watching for good. In Turkish, there's a phrase "Tel tel dokuluyor" (i.e., falling into bits and pieces) that best describes this production. Proceed with caution!
