I started watching this several times, then when I finally did see the entire movie, I was amazed I had not finished it before. Unlike the typical Hallmark formula, this one takes place over a year. There is no 3 day romance and engagement, it is more like what happens in real life versus the movies. The biggest - and BEST - difference was the humour in it. It honestly was one of the funniest Hallmark's ever, while keeping a touching love story as part too.
The lead characters really made the movie, but I will say at first Casey Manderson did not appeal to me, it did not take long for this to change. Laura Bell Bundy and Kaylan Miles as her friend, were both hilarious.
There are pieces that did not make sense, like the sister just popping in the story and then never seen again at the end, and the mean corporate lady who was not in the story enough to really be concerned about her. But the story and ending are worth pushing through the first ten minutes.

Don't get me wrong. This is a very cute movie and has a great plot, covering all the holidays especially Christmas. However, Darcy is so annoying. Her childish behaviours and those of her colleagues would not be tolerated in an actual workplace. As well, Darcy is just annoying person. Her acting skills are a bit much. A little subtlety can go along way. Also, she reminds me a little of the Grinch Who Stole Xmas.
I much prefer Casey Manderson when he plays these more loveable characters, he is quite adorable in this one and that topless scene? Whew!
I like the idea of the setting of this film, a greetings card company is quite a clever idea, but it doesn't really have a focus on Christmas that much.
Some of the supporting characters are a bit much and the female lead is a bit frustrating, certainly at the beginning, when she's all ditzy, Etc.
It's a nice story though and an easy watch.

An OK if predictable daytime TV film. Unfortunately the lead actress is way too annoying. She has an annoying voice, she pulls ridiculous expressions and has an inane grin. I wonder if she was told to over-do the character, someone really needed to tell her to tone it down.
There's a scene when she falls from a chair after being approached from behind - oh dear, if there was an award for the most fake, and overworked scene. Then she's 'drunk' on valentine's night, if I thought she couldn't be mor annoying.................
Predictable and amusing in some parts, the scenes she isn't in!

There are some bad Christmas movies out here, but this isn't one of them. Some of you need to "Get Over Yourselves."

- ErroresAfter Darcy and Will's morning meeting, when Will comes back to his office, with shaving cream on his face, it full thick layer of shaving cream on his face. When you see him speaking to Darcy, and in the close up, the shaving cream has significantly thinned out, and then as Darcy is backing out of the office, it is once again a thick layer of shaving cream on his face.
- Créditos curiososDuring the end credits, there are two greeting card animations--one the Darcy character and the other representing Will.
