As a viewer of Atomic Puppet, I found the show to be a fun and quirky take on the superhero genre. The premise of Captain Atomic being turned into a powerless puppet and teaming up with 12-year-old Joey is fresh and full of light-hearted humor. Their dynamic, with Joey's wide-eyed enthusiasm contrasting Captain Atomic's frustration at being a puppet, makes for plenty of laughs. The villains are goofy, and the action scenes are fast-paced, giving the show a cartoonish, Saturday morning vibe that's easy to enjoy.
The animation is colorful and energetic, perfectly matching the chaotic and absurd world of Mega City. What surprised me the most, though, was the music. The soundtrack, composed by David Gana and Amaury Bernier, adds a lot of energy to the show. The theme song is catchy and instantly sets the tone for the fun superhero adventures ahead. Throughout the episodes, the music elevates the action scenes and even enhances the comedic timing. It's upbeat and never takes itself too seriously, which fits the light, playful nature of the show.
Overall, Atomic Puppet is great for younger audiences and anyone looking for a fun, quick superhero fix. The music by David Gana and Amaury Bernier adds an extra layer of excitement that keeps the whole experience engaging.

I just sat through Atomic Puppet and was actually getting mad the longer I watched because of how good the concept is yet the show itself is so boring. Like a dude and a puppet fighting bad guys is a legitimately good idea. The main character could be a socially awkward guy who channels his confidence into his puppet. This helps him find creative ways to stop the bad guy in each episode while also helping build his own confidence in his own life. Doesn't that sound like a show you should be watching? Well unfortunately that's not the show I got. Instead it's about a narcissistic superhero who turns into a puppet and when his owner puts him on his hand, they gain superpowers and fight bad guys. All the while he deals with the same tired tropes I've seen done to death. A moronic Dad, a mean teacher, a secret identity from his parents, his best "friend", getting sick and so on. Credit where credit is due, the animation is really good. It so fluid and lively, especially during the action scenes. The character design is also pretty good, the characters emote well enough, their bodies match with their personality and the colors are bright and pretty. Overall though, this show is not just bad, but frustratingly bad because it could've been so much better.
I only saw the first season.
I no longer have Netflix. I would love to see season two.
The show gets better with each episode. The colors are bright and energetic and the animation is smooth.
While the plot seems simplistic, it is an amazing satire/parody superhero movies, comics and TV shows. All the characters are parodies.
The fact that the puppet is a real narcissistic person turned puppet instead of an actual puppet is hysterical.
