Ok I am currently watching season 1 and if I am going to watch a make over show I would like to not see the whole season with the stylist in the SAME outfit through the whole season! I wouldn't trust them given they didn't think to change the outfits for each eps... and those fake glasses really need to go but most of all change your own clothing for each eps.. really people

I had to check the date on this show because it felt like something produced at least 10 years ago. They have the public rate people 1-10 is subjective and just mean. The stylist also doesn't seem to take people's personal style into consideration, just dresses people how she wants to. The people clearly need help finding alternative options, but this isn't the show for them. The judges seem to lose the individual's style in each episode.

I tried this ahow out fairly randomly and ended up finding a decent binge. You can find some charming moments from all of the hosts but I feel like they hold back. It does seems as if the series was shot all at once which may explain why they seemed lackluster at times. I enjoyed them giving makeup, hair, and wardrobe tips. I have not finished the episodes but I plan to. But I still would not consider this for a top 10 anything list. My favorite part was when a girl tells the hairstylist that he looks like the male version of the cowardly lion. I had been trying to place it! I have actually gotten emotional during several episodes, often during their challenges. It is nice to watch people find self-confidence or self-awareness. I don't think the hosts are too harsh but also dont always agree with their decisions.

I found this on Netflix while sick. It's a decent show to binge on. I understand the more negative reviews but I don't think it's that bad. It's a tv show so of course there will be some manufactured moments, some catty. But I don't think they were trying to shame people for their individual style. I think the point was to show that clothing, makeup and hair are all worth playing around with and get them out of their comfort zones so they could be open to new styles. The same outfits for the hosts bugged me though. I cannot imagine they filmed all ten episodes in one day. If you like makeover shows, it's worth a look.

Attempted to watch this.. Quit after the second episode. Don't waste your time. The make up stylist looks like she coated herself in doritio dust, but then makes hypocrital comments to the participants about their tans. Daniel, the hair stylist, is good at one thing: blonde and brown byalage with beach waves. He has no versatility. Check out his instagram, you will see what I mean. All his portfolio looks EXACTLY THE SAME. The clothing stylist wears the same exact outfit with the same terrible earrings and shoes... IN EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. Now why would you trust these idiots to make you "hotter". Not only that, when they ask people on the street for their opinions on the contestants looks... All the people they ask are basic little girls and your occasional bro. Oh and they are all 20-something-year-olds. Over all this show strips the participants of their individuality. It rips them apart, judges everyone, and basically says "fall in line little sheep". SKIP THIS GARBAGE AND HIT UP QUEER EYE!!!
