I'll keep it short: If you are a fan of the True Crime genre you will probably like this series. It follows "the usual patterns" and executes the documentation and narrative quite well. It is nothing "special" but definitely one of the better shows of this kind I have seen in a while.
Unfortunately a few of the cases have already been documented/discussed in a lot of detail on other shows, but there are quite a few which I have never heard of before.
If you are done watching "The Jinx", "Making a Murderer" and I guess "The Killing Season" and liked those shows you will find some entertainment in this one, too.
Overall i would recommend it, 7/10.

It's a good show. Some of the episodes have no resolution to the crimes depicted, so that can be annoying. Keep someone at the edge of their seat till the very end and then oop no closure! Well that's life sometimes! Overall a very interesting show.
The PMI staff are not good announcers and some--Alicia Dennis, have a very
irritating voice. One woman keeps point her fingers and moving her hands around while she talks. The guy with the ten day beard has a horrible voice and always looks like he just got out of bed.
Really, none of their staff are any good at narrating this series. Don't know why they have to even be involved.
Could be an interesting series with professional announcers.

I don't know how to reach the producers, but I would like to suggest a high-profile very cold case that should be investigated by someone. There appears to have been a cover-up of the murder of Valerie Percy back in the 60s. It remains unsolved. Valerie was the daughter of Charles Percy, a prominent US Senator from Illinois. Her twin sister, Sharon, is married to former governor and US Senator of West Virginia, Jay Rockefeller. Valerie was murdered in her bedroom at her parents' home. I think this could be an interesting episode for the TV series on ID Channel. Thanks.
Marc in particular, presents like he's reading a book to a 5 year old. Overall, toning down the fakie, cheese, over the top story telling, would be nice.
I like the stories though, and will keeping watching, even through the regular cringy narrations.
