Lady of the House

This was a project for learning. This movie brought together many talented actors and crew members - many of them their first movie to participate in. A good final project has been enjoyed by many people and continues to be a good learning platform for new filmmakers. The locations were amazing and owners of the properties and vehicles were a dream to work with. This movie would not be the same without the 7th character, the house. Setting the different time periods were simple to enforce for the viewer. Take a seat and enjoy the trailer and as soon as the short film festival is over, we'll be happy to share the project, "Lady of the House."

I know this was these guys first short film to produce and it was excellent from that standpoint. Lots of good help was given locally after filming. The attention to detail in this film was really good. The access of the historical home was a huge plus and it was actually its own character in the movie. Period costumes were pretty accurate from historic cinema. The use of period correct vehicles were especially pleasing and added a feel of realness to the time. I expect to see good things from these actors in the future. All around, they did a great job of telling a good story. I'd like to see this made into a feature using the same location!
