I love this series and highly recommend it to viewers who wish to watch a funny, and realistic look at a budding love that grows into deep abiding love between two very different souls. It was funny, and sad at times; but it was also realistic in that the issues that each of the main leads had to grapple with did not magically fade away, but were conquered through hard work and determination. The love that developed between the two leads was steadfast and unmovable; it was also portrayed in a mature manner without being raunchy.
I love this series and recommend it to anyone who wants a different angle on love between two broken people.

Chemistry : very good
Story: good but too many scenes that felt like fillers
Plot: Was there one? I think there was one from ep. 1 to 5 mabye. Afterwards it felt boring
K-drama has a million and one transformation tales. A million of them involving plastic surgery, becoming a beauty over night and eating whatever you want, turning heads by wearing skimpy outfits after the transformation.
This one is the odd one out. The focus here is not on being beautiful and getting the guy back/revenge but on being healthy, the transformation is slow (made over 10 episodes of the show) because it depends on healthy eating habits, the right kind of exercises and proper sleeping hours. In fact the character keeps at those habits way after she's reached her goal which was refreshing.
Ji-seob So who plays Mr. coach is amazing. The chemistry between him and our leading lady leaps off the screen. The leading lady is cute regardless of weight and very relatable.
In summery, WATCH IT! IT'S GOOD!!!

An ok K-drama with somewhat different focus than the classic, although it still lurks in the background. The large focus on the visually pleasing and the sometimes obvious fat-shaming is a pity. The writers have tried to disguise this beauty-contest-love-story in the shroud of the ambition of health and fitness. But the existing standard and paradigm shines through and it is sometimes unnerving and uncomfortable. How this woman can not be seen as a true beauty, or even a woman really, until she achieves her "weight-goal" and becomes what she was like ten years ago. More acceptance, self love and humility towards aging and also change of body and soul would be desirable. But still not a bad drama, if not scrutinized too closely.
I wasn't sure at first if this was a fat-shaming show, but it seems to be done mostly the right way about weight loss with diet and exercise, which makes a very nice change. It's the same formula of rich guy accidentally seeks unworthy clumsy woman with a jealous foe, but it it too is done nicely in the story.
The biggest thing I can't unsee though is that her glasses are frames only. Whyyyyy? It's so annoying! Why are glasses also seem to be only for "ugly" girls in these shows?

¿Sabías que…?
- TriviaShin Min-ah was fitted with special prosthetics developed by CELL make up team, which included a delicate procedure to match her real skin tone. She also had to wear a fat-suit, forcing her to spend three hours getting ready before starting shooting. At least 25 sessions were recquired during filming. The production decided she needed to look 77kg - "cute and chubby" rather than "fat and ugly". The series received some criticism of fat shaming, despite stressing during the whole plot that the character was losing weight because of health problems. It comes as no surprise if you simply observe how thin all the main actresses are in every Kdrama, that a screenplay would focus on a before X after body transformation, for a woman to become desirable, socially accepted and happy.
