A 2015 South Korean awkwardly named but entertaining yarn of an arrogant defense attorney, Lee Sun-kyun, getting a case where he has to defend a driver, Choi Jae-woong, of a murder especially since there's evidence & eyewitness testimony he was stalking the woman & a large suitcase was thrown from her apartment window, presumably w/her remains. While this case is being handled, a pharmaceutical company, which Sun-kyun has already gotten off in a separate trial over dangerous side effects from one of their drugs, plays out which as the narrative continues is made more confusing when the missing girl, Kim Yoon-hye, turns up trying to flee from a body parts exchange. What turns out to be one case having connections to the other sends Sun-kyun into a morass of a corrupt CEO, thuggish guards & a lot of planning to get over on the evil powers that be by film's end as Sun-kyun keeps multiple plates in the air, including fending off the investigative advances from a detective, Kim Go-eun, who's constantly on his case. Other than the gruesome recreation of the murder which is more blood splattered than a butcher's knife, the film succeeds on the lead's desperate charisma & his willingness to go to the mat for his clientele.
