I miss my grandparents. I miss sitting down with them, having a cup of tea and hearing random stories about their life. This documentary helped fill some of that void.

The centenarians featured here are all Irish, and all characters. What incredible lives they have all lived! I laughed numerous times throughout - so perhaps a sense of humour is one of the 'secrets' to longevity? There were also plenty of emotional moments, such as when they talked about being widowed.

First kisses, marriages and 'love' were fantastic subjects to hear their perspectives on. Interesting too were inventions, Ireland's history and what they think the meaning of life is. This little documentary featured a bit of everything and was incredibly sweet and heartwarming.

I guess all we can do is be kind to others and try live our best lives. If any of us live a life as fulfilling as the ladies and gentlemen depicted here, then I think we'd be doing alright!
