The second movie of the series brings us a unique blend of drama and horror. With Resit Gözdamla's theme music, we feel the emotional weight of the story deep inside. The plot is genuinely heartbreaking, featuring scenes that sensitive viewers may not easily forget. The movie delivers a clear message: those who mess with black magic and ruin people's lives will pay the price. I really liked that part. Overall, a solid work.
Compared to the first movie, this one has more jumpscare scenes. For this particular film, the number of scares feels just right. Although a few jump scares might have been unnecessary, the timing was generally well executed.
In my opinion, this is one of the Siccin movies with the most realistic storyline. It feels like we're watching real events unfold. It's been said that the graveyard scenes were actually filmed in the cemetery that inspired the story. The opening shows a news broadcast about a real event, trying to give the audience a sense of reality. Was it really necessary? I'm still not sure, even after multiple viewings.
As for the locations, the set designs were fantastic. The atmosphere of the story was successfully reflected on screen. Especially the possessed house set-it was excellent. The practical makeup effects were done properly, without exaggeration. That's exactly what we want: to be scared with minimal yet well-made effects.
The lead actress portrayed the role of the mother perfectly. I truly believe she managed to convey the emotional depth of this tragic story. Through its emotional scenes, we witness the ruined life of a mother...

I've watched most of Hollywood horror movies (The good ones actually) , Asian horrors and some Turkish Horror. I'd like to say I still think of a scene I've seen in this movie and scare myself by the thought of it at nights, the one where those three women in chador walk around in her house after killing her son. Oh I was very touched by this movie. I loved it and I guess some people who have some bad mentality about such cultures would have. Anyways, middle eastern would like it probably cuz its all about those dark vibes about superstitions and jinn.
It's a brilliant movie with mind blowing special effects , sound and music.
Very imaginative and alot better than all the Hollywood predictable horrible horror movies.

I love this genre and I have seen a lot of horror movies. I don't remember seeing a horror movie as good as this. The storytelling is so good, it feels real, the end has a massive twist.
If you love horror movies, this is the finest of the genre
"Siccin 2" conjures another eerie chapter with a 6/10 rating from me, and I must admit, I found it strangely captivating. The acting maintains a consistent level of intensity, immersing us in the unfolding supernatural horrors. The film editing maintains a sense of suspense throughout, though it occasionally feels sluggish. The film's strength lies in its deep exploration of Turkish folklore and its ability to sustain an atmosphere of dread. The music adds to the film's unsettling ambiance, while the cinematography captures the darkness lurking within everyday settings. "Siccin 2" continues to delve into the unsettling and reinforces the message that meddling with the supernatural carries dire consequences, even if it occasionally stumbles on its own supernatural journey. For those who enjoy a dose of supernatural chills, it's a worthy watch.
