Continuity

Noah was clearly shot by Doug in the bakery, but the wound disappears and no mention is made of it throughout the movie.
The Captain leaves the widow's home in a Ford Crown Victoria police car and drives up to the warehouse in a Chevrolet Impala convertible.
After Noah fired at her, Sophie flees in her car. Instead of going back onto the main road, she drives in the warehouse parking lot around the building, which was shown to be a dead end when the Captain was walking around the building. Yet a few seconds later she is still driving in the parking lot.
In the close-up shot of Chloe's wrists, the zip tie is so loose she could pull either hand out of it. In the longer shots, the tie is much tighter.
After taking Sophie's gun, Noah has one gun in each hand as he moves Sophie and Chloe to another part of the sawmill. As the camera angle changes, he only has one gun in his hands.

Factual errors

Sophie falls from the wall still attached to an unbroken rope, but the rope being held by the spotters does not move. What happened was a physical impossibility- the rope would either have held or snapped. If it had held, then she would not have fallen. If it had snapped, she would have fallen unrestrained.

Revealing mistakes

The envelopes Sophie looks at are marked "VIA AIR MAIL PAR AVION". Each originated in Washington and were being mailed to Washington. The US Postal Service does not mark domestic mail in this nature, however the Canadian Postal Service does so, which reveals where this "set in Washington State" movie was actually filmed.
Low quality CGI: After the car explosion, the Volvo is briefly seen intact within the flames.

Errors in geography

Doug's address on the envelope is 23362 Bucket Crescent in Lynnewood, WA 33144. ZIP code 33144 sis for West Miami Florida, several thousand miles away.

Plot holes

The unmarked police vehicle is shown being followed by a black SUV, and the SUV pulls in behind it at the bakery. The police vehicle makes a u-turn and uses lights and siren to go to the bakery, which would have required the SUV to be driven in a similar manner. Doing so would alert the police driver to his car being followed, which would prompt some action on his part. Not doing so would cause the SUV to lose track of the police car. In either event, the SUV would not have arrived at the bakery as shown.
Sophie drives to the warehouse from the hospital and it takes several minutes. Noah chases Sophie and abandoned his vehicle in the warehouse parking lot, yet minutes later appears at the hospital having run on foot. Unless he was able to teleport, Sophie, who still had a vehicle, could have arrived there long before he did. Sophie also had a phone, so she could have alerted not only the police but hospital security as well.
Speaking to the widow gave the Captain no clue about a warehouse, yet he turns up at the warehouse where the money transaction is taking place. Similarly, Sophie, who has not talked to the Captain, knows he is at this warehouse and pulls in as he is shot.

Character error

The police Captain makes many several errors. He says it was an attempted robbery and later there was no forensic evidence at the crime scene. Both are false. The suspect completed the robbery, it was not "attempted".

There was forensic evidence due to the suspect having fired a semi-auto pistol twice, each time ejecting a shell casing. He did not pick up that evidence before leaving. Additionally, he had been either shot or grazed by the detective's round, so there would be some blood evidence present as well.

After Ryan's car blows up, he says it could have been an accident due to Ryan being a young guy with a "nice car". The use of explosives would be very evident, as would the fact the car did not crash into anything. Even Sophie can see it was not an accident and says as much. Additionally, the "nice car" was a Volvo XC 60 crossover, not a sports or high performance car.
At the bakery, Doug comes in the door by the bread rack, as does the gun thug in the hoodie. After Doug pays and is leaving, he is walking away from the door he came in to use an exit further away. After the shootings, Andrew also comes in this other door. Since Andrew was sitting in the car and was close enough to hear the shots, he would have used the shortest route and entered through the same door as Doug.
Police officers are trained to shoot to stop an attacker, as evidenced by actual police shootings. A semi-automatic pistol such as Doug carried could expend multiple rounds in under 2 seconds, yet he only fires once despite living for several more seconds. Due to the gun thug's proximity to Doug, he would likely have been hit multiple times.
The gun thug is shot from behind by Doug before he shoots the clerk, yet there is no bullet hole in his hoodie as he flees the scene.
In another example of police incompetence, Sophie, a trained police detective, after being fired upon and involved in a car chase where the suspect's location is unknown calls her mother in law before she calls her police department. She also fails to summon medical aid for the fallen Captain. She waits for several minutes until she has rescued Chloe before calling dispatch.
