When Jeff is driving in the car to his supposed flight from Charlotte (CLT) to Miami (MIA), his phone rings. When the camera cuts to the phone, the ticket underneath the phone is for Raleigh-Durham (RDU) to Miami.
When Jeff is holding up the Toys R Us in the morning and Leigh enters the store it is daylight outside. When they show all the police cars outside that responded it is dark outside.
Police cars and an ambulance are seen outside the store in daylight as officers sweep the store and paramedics attend to Mitch and the cash transport agent. Police cars are later seen lining the parking lot at night, illustrating the toy store remained an active crime scene hours later.

About 47 to 49 minutes into the movie Jeff is seen donating a bag of toys to the church. A black Ring Floodlight Cam is mounted on the outdoor soffit of the church. The Ring floodlight cam wasn't released until 2017 nor was Ring even founded yet!.
The Harry Potter Lego set Jeffrey and Dee are constructing did not come out until 2023 though the events of this story took place predominantly in 2004.
Dee wears a shirt of the Royal Crest from The Legend of Zelda video game series. While this is a popular image from the series, it didn't appear regularly on shirts/clothing until several years after the film's 2004 setting.
In many scenes of the film Jeffrey is shown wearing a Naruto hoodie. The events in the film are in 2004, but Naruto wasn't released on American television until late 2005. A big box toy store like Toys R Us would not have stocked Naruto merchandise prior to the series' English language release.
Around 14 minutes when Jeff is running down the sidewalk, you can see a Police SUV in the driveway of a house down the street. It's clearly a Ford Explorer Police Interceptor that didn't start production until 2012. Several other vehicles in the neighborhood also appear to be more modern.
Though it is December of 2004 there is an Acura TL of a generation that did not start to be made until 2009 in the background when John meets Leighs daughter at her school to drive.
