This was WAY better than I expected. I only found it because I like the songs off this album, and when casually re-watching some of the videos, realized they were connected into a cohesive story. The first pass is kind of a mindf*k, but on the second viewing the story really comes together. Pay attention to the details in this neat little 'good vs evil' take, because clearly there was a lot of effort put into them. All of the band members acted it out quite convincingly. The side characters were interesting and there were some fun additions with respect to the other artists involved. I found this to be intense, fast paced, great imagery, and it was surprisingly emotionally engaging as well.
If you let me said about this musical film, I can said that this is the classical one, Fall Out Boy is portrayed as the defenders, They are ready for the mission, but all of them were kidnapped and have some dilemma choices and situations. It looked incredible reality when Patrick's hand got cut out and still singing and snapping fingers, and everything in the film is pretty scary by the blood scenes and sexy scenes.
Still, the band members still remain refuse to give up, like Patrick refused to subdue the evil guys, just like their last song ''Save Rock and Roll'' in the film, ''We don't know when to quit, oh oh."
I have wonder why the boy looked very innocent but actually evil and unconcernedly, like at the beginning, the first song''The Phoenix''. It's very peaceful while see the film and listen their music. It also looked realistic when the members sent to heaven and the god treated them goodly and then they sang together, But at the end it look pretty scary and intense, when the evil cult in the hell open the briefcase and a wicked demon slayed anyone, which made Fall Out Boy covered in blood, then Pete use the power which God had consecrate it to them, to disabled the demon, God also got splattered blood which Pete used the power and slayed the demon and its blood flew to him.
I also looked awed by some other guest appearances, like 2 Chaniz and Big Sean, Courtney Love, Elton John, they played pretty well, I think.
