Highly improbable story of pretty, kooky but really nasty woman, her boring grumpy husband, his horrible family (including a sister in a vegetative state for whom female lead is a carer), and....the world's sexiest and most unlikely carpenter played by Lee Soo Hyuk, who falls in love with fl.
So many Korean female characters are whiny, nasty and boring and the fl here is no exception, in fact she's 100x worse than usual. The story was so improbable and cheesy, with a secondary love story between the fl's sister (was it her sister, I can't remember) and the brother of her onscreen husband. The music was horrendous, old fashioned and featured a couple of awful songs, one of which was sung live onstage by Lee Soo Hyuk during a so called fan meeting years ago. Film of this is so cringe I felt really sorry for him.
As before we ended up by fast forwarding through the endless scenes of the invalid sister and suffering through LSH's endless attempts at trying to get fl to like him when it's pretty clear she doesn't. At all. Just horrible.
