No estoy loca

I loved it, super fun and incredibly dramatic and even sad, I thought it was just another light comedy, sugar water, but it was gaining a drama, the asylum scenes, the friends, the interns, sad, vulnerable, exciting, I cried, the most fun, cruel and ultimately sensitive and meaningful scenes with the mother... Passionate...

A movie that starts off kind off one way, goes sort of off the rails the next minute. While I do think that you can see certain things (behaviour), facial expressions and all that, it still holds one or two surprises for you. Question is if there is a morality in here (and also if that would be a good thing to look for one)? I would say don't bother, just try to enjoy this.

And by enjoy I mean, watch it and go for the ride, whereever it takes you. In this case it does take wild turns. Everyone is crazy I guess, but there you go ...

I really was not a fan of the movie at the start, and I nearly turned it off. Thankfully, I hung in there and things really started to turn around.

Pretty much all of the characters in the beginning are insufferable, including, to a lesser extent, the main character.

However, as time goes on, the main character manages to grow with the help of those surrounding her. While telling the story, the film manages to convey some very important life lessons.

All in all, worth the watch!

Good idea poorly written and executed. The story starts compelling, but decays terribly. Well shot, and some good actors, but the direction was poor. A lot of time is wasted with tiresome repetitive "funny" slapstick-type scenes -- caricatures of "crazy" people in a phony "clinic".
