Joo Hong Bin is the CEO of Global Games with a bad temper. That morning, he severely hurts a couple of employees and damages lot of equipment because video game sales have gone down. When he visits his employees at the hospital, he smells a scent that leads him to Son Se Dong. He then hears Son Se Dong talks to her partner, Kim Seung Hwan, who sold their company to Global Games. She then goes to the airport to stop her partner from leaving the county. There, she meets a young boy who was being chased by a few men. Then, Son Se Dong brings the boy home with her. Then, it turns out that the boy is the son of Joo Hong Bin and Kim Tae Hee (Source: Viu)

As Son Se Dong goes home with the boy, she sees Joo Hong Bin already waiting for her. Then, after she puts the boy inside, she starts talking to Joo Hong Bin and said to him that she needs the game that her partner sold to him back. Later, Son Se Dong's friends were arrested because they paint graffiti onto Joo Hong Bin property. Then, Joo Hong Bin asks Ko Ja Kyung to find out who brought the boy to Korea. Ko Ja Kyung then tells him that the boy is Kim Tae Hee's child. Chang then gets a foster parent that turns out to be Son Se Dong. (Source: Viu)

Joo Hong Bin then meets Chang and asks him about his mother. He says that his mother is dead but Joo Hong Bin didn't believe it. Later, Joo Hong Bin tells his secretary, Ko Ja Kyung to spare no expense in finding her. Then, when Chang is hospitalised, Joo Hong Bin wants to hire her as a babysitter but she decline. Later, she meets with Joo Hong Bin and asks him to hire her team, in which he obliges. After a while, Joo Hong Bin gets a call from his father that the woman who brought Chang to Korea wants to get paid and she said that it was Kim Tae Hee who asked her to. Ju, Son and Chang journey to the countryside to meet Chang's maternal grandparents.

Son has some fun at Ju's expense in the village. Chang bonds with his grandparents.

Ju Hongbin confronts his father regarding Taehui's death. Ko is conflicted, caught in the middle. Yun schemes.

Hongbin gains control of his powers as his anger at his father increases. Yun puts her plans for Chang into motion.

Hong Bin grows closer to Chang and makes amends with his father, but Se Dong grows distant when she learns the sad truth behind her father's death.

Hong Bin is is worried about not being good enough for or even worse possibly hurting Se Dong.

The truth about Tae Hee comes out, leaving Se Dong in a very conflicted position.
