- I don't believe in worshiping god but my parents are my God.
- Though [my sister] Mihika Verma is older to me, I never call her Didi as she has been my closest buddy. She has been my inspiration as an actor. She was the one who showed me the right path and I took the courage from her.
- Love, the word in itself sounds so romantic that whenever somebody confesses their feelings for you, you feel blessed. It is magical because when somebody loves you from the bottom of their heart, you know that the entire universe has conspired to bring you together. Thus it becomes natural to celebrate the day dedicated to love with all its zeal. My suggestion is to go out, create the best memories together and revel in the passion of love, this Valentine's Day.
- As fun as the whole thing looks on television, shooting wedding sequences is tough, especially for girls. But that pagdi that we have to wear all day in the heat, it makes me not want to go to any other wedding, ever.
- Comedy is a difficult genre and to attempt it and make people laugh needs understanding and care. It is easy to make people cry but difficult to make people laugh. I do believe that an actor needs to be versatile in his approach towards accepting roles
- While choosing a show, what matters to me the most are the makers and the money! Money is a very important factor for me; I will never work for less money.
- My sister Mihika Verma thinks I am the most handsome and good looking actor in this whole world. She thinks I look better than Tom Cruise and Hrithik Roshan.
- I love dancing. I've even performed in some cities. Very soon I'll be in South Africa for another performance
- I have learned so many things from [my sister] Mihika Verma but the one rule I still follow is - 'never be late on the set'. This habit has proved to be really beneficial for me. Even though she is a mother herself now, I will always be her first kid. She is that person who has never doubted my abilities and I think it was because of her confidence in me that I am doing so well in life today.
- I am an introvert and playing a character (in Shaadi Ke Siyape (2019)) who is loud and energetic in nature is a challenge. My character has shades of arrogance and attitude but in real life, I am exactly the opposite.
- My parents are my best friends. We are open about everything. They were the ones who recommended that I live in to know my partner better and then get married.
- I think television these days gives you equal stardom, if not more, than Bollywood. Followers of TV actors on their social networking accounts are no less than Bollywood actors. There are actors quoting a whooping amount of 1.6 lakhs per day for serials. It is insane! Also films don't pay us TV actors well as filmmakers think they are doing us a favor by taking us in their films.
- Holi is the apt time to express your love and forgive those who've hurt you. The festival isn't merely an act of smearing colors or splash water on others, but also about spreading love and brotherhood. I wish everyone the brightest hues of life.
- I am a foodie and hardcore non-vegetarian. Although, I'm going to try out the Gujarati thali, I prefer relishing the local cuisine of the places I visit.
- People thought I was Ranbir Kapoor which was embarrassing because I'm not even one-tenth of Ranbir. They took my pictures, told me I look like Ranbir, some said I look like Hrithik Roshan. Jaipur people are very innocent, they don't know what good looks are. But people have compared my face to these actors' before. My mom is a South Indian, so for her, I look like Madhavan.
- I love to work out. When I wasn't working, I used to workout 3-4 times in a day. Even now, when I get time, I go for a sprint or jogging at the beach near my home. And that apart, I was also a member of a renowned dance troupe. I have learned various dance forms like contemporary, jazz, salsa, jive, street jive.
- I always wanted to become an actor. I was obsessed with movies and I couldn't concentrate on studies as well. I studied for 10 hours but, most of the time I was lost in thoughts of becoming an actor. Infact, I was so pathetic at studies that if I used to pass in exams, that was a big surprise for me! But, I could mug up notes and I think that helps me a lot as an actor.
- I did a bit of modeling for print ads then did some TVC. But, I didn't want to join television as the hero's side-kick. I wanted to bag a lead role and I'm playing the lead in Rajan Shahi's show. And what's making me smile more is that my character is out and out romantic one, just the way I wanted my telly debut to be like. I'm thoroughly happy right now.
- [My sister] Mihika Verma has been extremely supportive to me since childhood. She was a geek and school captain whereas I was not even school jamadar. She used to help me in my homework, projects, I think I have two mothers because Mihika pampers me more than my mom at times. We share an amazing bond.
- On finding out about his grandfather and his grandfather's company Varma Films which was prominent during the first 2 decades after India's independence. "During partition our grandfather came from Sheikhpura in Lahore to Mumbai and settled here. I didn't know much about him. Many people in the film industry know and respect my grandfather. I feel very proud of him and all the achievements of Varma family."
