Indica was named after the Indica Gallery, a counterculture art gallery situated in Mason's Yard, St James's, London in the late 1960s.

Indica has been included in a list of the top ten Best British Child Actors on IMDb every year since 2018.

Indica appeared on stage for two songs with legendary punk group The Damned at the London Palladium in A Night Of A Thousand Vampires in October 2019.

British actress Keeley Hawes has played Indica's grandmother twice, despite being only 34 years older than her. First in The Missing (2016) and then in The Midwich Cuckoos (2022).
