During his public service career, George acted as an investigator, an ombudsman, and then a news spokesman for the the chief law enforcement officer of Kings County, New York City, Brooklyn District Attorney, Charles Joe Haynes. The Brooklyn District Attorneys office was the second largest District Attorneys Office in the United States.

During his public service career, George has delivered over two dozens healthy babies outside a hospital (in homes, apartments on trains, elevators, hallways and motels, in an emergency situation.

During his public service career, George was awarded numerous life saving medals working for the New York City Emergency Services Citiwide.

George is responsible for initiating the idea, and for successfully negotiating with the Helmsley Corporation to Lite the Empire State Building in the colors of the Hellenic Greek flag blue and white in remembrance of Greek Independence March 25. An annual event.

During his public service career, George was a highly decorated New York City Paramedic that also worked Citiwide tactical unit that accompanied the NYPD Bomb Squad, and Emergency Service Unit NYPD ESU SWAT to the most dangerous 911 calls in New York City.

George was featured on Page 2 of The International New York Times that is distributed, and read worldwide.

George and his undercover operations were featured by the New York Times, called Bail Bonds: Bondsman, Defendants and Bounty Hunters, published by Fabrica, of Milano Italy.

During his career, George Zouvelos received the New York City Police Department NYPD 'Medal of Valor' for bravery, in addition to numerous commendations; and, life saving honors and medals.

George Zouvelos, was submitted for a Daytime Emmy Award for 'Outstanding Performance in a Limited Role', as the 'Reader' in Little Cupid 2020.

Served as a Daytime Emmy Judge, at The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
