Siavash Alipour was Born in Ahwaz, in the Khuzestan province in Southwest Iran.
At age 6 Sia started to train in Taekwondo under his father, who was captain of the Iranian national team. Quickly falling in love with Martial arts, his upbringing was influenced massively by action cinema; Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, and other such stars shaped his early aspirations. At age 17 he started his career as a stuntman - as a way of diving into the unknown world of filmmaking - using the platform to start training towards being a actor.
Having worked on set with top industry professionals like Jackie Chan's stunt team members, some alumni of the Hong Kong golden era, and even a small fight scene with Tom Cruise, Sia now works as an actor based out of London, England. His martial arts roots can often be seen in his work, as in A Good Day Will Come (2024), where he plays an Iranian wrestler.
