Starts with "The Voices," a SAG film where I'm playing the character of Jerry Morris, a creepy kidnapper with heavy influences from Dexter and Buffalo Bill. Extra points if you can identify the improvised tune I'm whistling in the basement scene. Then, in "Fattenin' Frogs For Snakes," the Honorable Judge Moore is acting in a not-so-honorable way, trying to convince the Lakely family to sell their property to developers. On ABC-TV "What Would You Do," a kind, but not-too-bright Mississippian wears his racist symbols out in public. Gets a wink-wink nod-nod in Hattiesburg, but almost gets him killed in Brooklyn! "Between Worlds" is where an upset trucking company manager fires his employee because he's tired of his shenanigans - "Boil on my ass" was improvised after Nicolas Cage improvised his previous line! In "Viola," Phil played the father of Viola Hyatt - based on a true story. Viola was raped by two men that worked on their farm, so she grabs the shotgun and kills them. An outstanding Florida State University MFA film - multiple awards on festival circuit! Next, Phil tries to understand why the gigantic blue monster in "The Barneby Show" keeps murdering the students. In "Wasted Hours," Phil is a caring teacher that can't understand why one of his students is throwing his life away. And finally, the fish better watch out! Phil is casting a line for the big one in "Two Good Ole Boys."
