‘Total Control,’ Australian Political Drama, Starts Third and Final Season
Image
Australian actors Deborah Mailman and Rachel Griffiths have begun production on the final six-episode season of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s award-winning female-led political drama series “Total Control.”

With screenplays by Stuart Page, Julia Moriarty, Pip Karmel and Meyne Wyatt, season three picks up almost two years after the explosive events of the second season.

Outsider turned kingmaker, Alex Irving (Mailman), is completely at home in the nation’s capital. While Rachel Anderson (Griffiths), now an occasional ally, is threatening to upend the entire system by establishing her own political party. However, as Alex attempts to carve out a nation changing legacy, a controversy engineered by her enemies threatens to destroy her career and public reputation. In the final season, Alex must make a choice: either she can stay true to her principles and accept defeat, or she can get her hands dirty and fight back.

‘Rebirth’ Review (aka Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth)
Image
Stars: Roger Conners, Rj Messenger, Aswan Harris, Alvin Hudson, Hailey Moltz, Bradley Michael Arner, Taylor Nelms, Rachel Anderson | Written and Directed by Roger Conners

Especially one shot for about a tenth of what the original cost fifty three years ago?

Adam and his brother Johnny (Rj Messenger) have come to visit their mother’s grave. Johnny begins to tease the already nervous Adam. Unfortunately what he thought was a...

Director of 'Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth' speaks about his new vision
by Seth Metoyer, MoreHorror.com

We can't seem to get enough of zombies these days and the upcoming Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth will be the directorial debut of independent horror actor Roger Conners. The film is a "revision" or remake of the original Romero classic but we're told with a modern, socio-political twist. Time will tell how moviegoers feel about a reboot of such a classic film, but I'm personally stoked about the possibilities! Read more about the film below.

From The Press Release:

Ohio native and former Chill comic relief Roger Conners has rolled camera and officially moved into principal photography on his directorial debut, Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth. Conners has appeared in over a dozen independent productions with half them being horror titles, and his love for the genre was first kickstarted after his initial viewing of the original George Romero zombie classic, Night of the Living Dead...
