Andy is an actor, writer and clinical social worker. Originally from Spokane, WA, they are a long-time New Yorker based in Queens. Their work as an artist has traversed film, TV, audiobooks, theater, dance, cabaret, variety, and cast recordings. As a social worker and genderqueer-identified person, they are committed to a framework of mutual liberation in work with others who experience life on the margins.
As an actor, they trained at Rutgers University, earning an MFA under the mentorship of Deborah Hedwall.
