Michael's father, Pat J. Piscitelli, was a criminal defense attorney in
Brockton. One of his most famous cases about a nurse on trial for
murder was turned into a book, Fatal Dosage by Gary Provost, and later
a television movie entitled Fatal Judgement (1988) starring Patty Duke.
Tom Conti played Michael's father.
