Once saved passengers on a city bus from crashing when the driver got off to close the bus doors when they jammed. The bus was off but not in park so when the driver closed the doors from the outside the bus began rolling down the hill toward traffic. Carl quickly went to the front of the bus and pressed the brake the driver got on and then placed the emergency brake on. There were about 40 passengers on board.
