Ivan Alejandro Rodriguez Jr. is a Cuban-American actor, born and raised in Miami, FL. He began acting at age 4, training at La Academia de Rachel and later studying theatre and film at John A. Ferguson Senior High School.
Ivan's professional training includes programs at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting, Terry Schreiber Acting Studio, and The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre. He has gained significant theatre experience in NYC, performing at notable venues like The Tank, The Chain, and The Kraine.
Notable roles include the titular role in Uncle Vanya (Annie Baker's translation), Radium Girls (dir. Pamela Moller Kareman), and Red Velvet (dir. Timothy Stickney). Ivan has also collaborated with emerging directors on independent shorts.
