Jimmy Miller was born on the 28th Day of December, 1968. His mother is Plinie M. Miller (a retired Physical Therapist), his father is James Alden Miller Jr. (retired US Army). His father was taken by the Pandemic of Covid 19 in 2021. Jimmy was born in Joliet, Illinois. Jimmy is of British, Irish, Scandinavian and German decent. Jimmy was raised in Kankakee, Illinois until he was 8. Jimmy's family then moved to Kentucky to live on his Grandparents farm. Jimmy attended elementary school at Symsonia High School and Graduated from Graves County High School. He later attended 3 years of Murray State University. His divorce in his previous marriage was particularly disastrous, leaving him financially broken and homeless at one point. His friends helped him to recover and he eventually remarried. Jimmy is married to Amanda Renee Shelley/Miller (2014). Amanda has two girls from a previous Marriage and Jimmy has one a daughter and son from a previous marriage.
Jimmy joined the U.S. Army in 1988. He took the job of U.S. Cavalry Recon Specialist, AKA "Cav Scout". He moved through the ranks and eventually attained the rank of E-7, Platoon Sergeant/Leader. Jimmy was then selected by the Office of the Secretary of the Army to become a Warrant Officer. Jimmy completed his specialized schools training and immediately returned to the Battlefield in Iraq. Jimmy performed protective services for several dignitaries while serving in the military. Among these are several recognized names such as Carrie Underwood and Toby Keith. Jimmy has received numerous awards throughout his 21 year career, to include a Meritorious Service Medal and the Bronze Star. Jimmy eventually retired from the Army in 2009. Jimmy is recognized as a Past Master of the Masonic Order and has been knighted by the Knights Templar as a Sir Knight.
Jimmy has written and self published a book called 'Spiders in Heaven:A Small Kill Team Story'. Jimmy received a five star rating for this work from 'Readers Favorite'. Jimmy has attended Adult Acting Class by Dr. Jack Wann. Jimmy has played "Tom" in the Glass Menagerie Stage Play, "Hank Gruber" in The Dark of the Moon stage play, and "Officer Klein" in Arsenic and Old Lace stage play. All have been conducted at the Shelby County Community Theater. Jimmy was recognized by IMDB for his role as "Rick", in the movie "The Undead from Space" in 2018. Jimmy started writing and directing films in 2020. His first film-making project short "The Adventures of R.I.E.B", has won Best Sci-Fi and was selected and placed by several Film festivals.
