In Chris Weitz's interview with HitFlix, we learned that The Twilight Saga: New Moon drafts were due to Summit Entertainment in the few next coming weeks. After Weitz submits his work on New Moon, his involvement with the Twilight series will go the way of Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke. Making way for the incoming of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse director David Slade, Weitz will continue on from the series with new and different projects. Weitz will be producing a new book-to-film story through his production company Depth of Field called The Game. Starring Poorna Jagannathan, Sagine, Billy Snow, and Jennifer Malenke. The Untitled Elric Saga Project based on novels by Michael Moorcock. His brother, Paul Weitz, will also be producing the film.
