He was cast in the film Birthday Girl, filmed in Australian in 2001, as an Airport Official, in a scene with Nicole Kidman and Ben Chaplin. Unfortunately, the scene was only filmed by the producers to appease the Australian actors union, who demanded there be at least two Australian actors in the supporting cast. The scene was re shot in England with a British actor.
