In 1995, Jeff Farmer was repackaged as "Cobra", a military wrestler who was basically a jobber to other big stars.

In 1996, he appeared as "The Fake Sting" and became a full member of the Original New World Order and was known as the NWO Sting.

In 1998, NWO Sting was defeated by the Real Sting, and retreated back to NWO Japan.
