Thomas J Richards (Tom) is the Managing Director & CEO of Storylines Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in Dublin Ireland. His company has 2 Feature Films in development. Lost Lovers...or How My Fiance Lost Me 3 Times on my Wild Journey Around the World (an animated comedy for families) has been pre-sold to a Global Streaming company. Tom and his staff are now looking for Investors to complete this hysterical Film. The Second Feature is Dolphin Song, based on Tom's No 1 Global Best Selling Novel of the same name. Tom's screenplays and novels are often cross-genre. He prefers to write Magical Realism.
His books and films are usually based on his life, though fictionalized. Novels like Always Come Home and Dolphin Song are 'remembrances' of his life-long partner, Carmel Murray who is now in a Nursing Home in Ireland having been diagnosed with Fronto-temporal Dementia.
Richards currently lives in the United States where he is raising funds for the above Films as well as launching Storylines as a Global Feature Film and Book Publisher. Many of his books (and those of other writers) will soon be in bookstores and will also be available on the company's new website. Mood Movies for the company's 2 Feature Films will also be available on the website.
A dual National and holding two passports, Irish and American, Tom now lives only with his small puppy Bluebell. He has 3 children and 5 Grandchildren.
His education in writing is extensive. Tom took a number of screenwriting courses, as well as those involving writing books and novels, all sponsored by Media, the European creative writing organization. His formal education includes a BA in Theatre Arts and Political Science; an MBA in business strategy, marketing and finance; and an MA in New Product Adoption.
