Sofia Riberio is a Portuguese climate researcher affiliated with the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She has appeared as herself in films and TV programs, giving commentary about the impact of climate change in the High Arctic. She is best known for her work using ocean sediment cores to understand past global climate.
