Whenever possible, Bill goes out in public, in character, to get reactions from people. He has been deaf, blind, with a facial scar, etc. Children are the most honest in their curiosity and responses. He was once nearly arrested while walking around as a homeless man in an upscale neighborhood.

Before anything, you need a good story, in a decent script. Then, and only then, sink all your energy into casting the best actors you can find ... and afford. You are about to spend a hell of a lot of time, energy, talent and money on your project. Make sure its foundation is solid.
