Dragon Ball Daima has a streaming premiere date!

The English dub of the series arrives on Crunchyroll starting on January 10, 2025 in select territories.

Based on an all-new story and character designs from author Akira Toriyama, this original anime series from legendary studio Toei Animation commemorates the 40th Anniversary of Dragon Ball.

Here’s a plot summary: “Goku and company were living peaceful lives when they suddenly turned small due to a conspiracy! When they discover that the reason for this may lie in a world known as the “Demon Realm,” a mysterious young Majin named Glorio appears before them.”

English dub episodes of Dragon Ball Daima will be released weekly, starting with Episode 1, “Conspiracy,” which premieres on January 10, 2025. The English dub will stream on Crunchyroll in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

The official English cast for Dragon Ball Daima has finally been revealed. Ever since Dragon Ball Daima was first announced, a major question has been who would voice the characters. Naturally, the new characters would all need voice actors, but with all the returning characters being turned into children, that invited the possibility of a new cast replacing the old ones, despite their years of history with the franchise.

For Dragon Ball Daimas Japanese dub, theres a new cast of voice actors for both the new characters and the (Mini) versions of the old ones, save for Goku (Mini), who is still voiced by Masako Nozawa. For the English dub, with the first three episodes currently playing in theaters, most of the principal English voice cast for Dragon Ball Daima has finally been revealed ahead of its official release. Crunchyroll announced that English dub of Natsume’s Book Of Friends season 6, including its two special episodes, will be streamed on the platform starting Sep 30, 2024.

Staff and cast involved in the English dub were also revealed.
