Born to British expats in Toronto, Adrian's father was Michael Hough, a noted landscape architect responsible for several heritage sites in Toronto while his mother was a producer-director of medical videos.

Trained with David Rotenberg, alongside Amanda Tapping and Scott Speedman.

Prior to his role on 'Travelers', Adrian worked with Eric McCormack on an episode of 'Top Cops' 25 years ago.

Adrian feels passionately about protecting old growth forests and water which is, as he points out, what keeps our species alive.
