To date, Hobbs is the only fight choreographer to have worked on English movie adaptations of all three of Dumas' Musketeer novels. With The Three Musketeers (1973) and The Four Musketeers (1974) being based on the original novel, The Return of the Musketeers (1989) based on 'Twenty Years After', and The Man in the Iron Mask (1998) based on the third section of the novel 'The Vicomte of Bragelonne: Ten Years Later'.
