Appeared in all four Lethal Weapon movies as four different characters.

In Arma mortal (1987), Tuerpe played the mercenary who delivers the line, "He wants to see the girl." during the scene at the dry lake.

In Arma mortal 2 (1989), Tuerpe played the hitman with glasses who appears in the scene when Riggs shoots the fish tank.

In Arma mortal 3 (1992), Tuerpe plays the bearded henchman.

In Arma mortal 4 (1998), Tuerpe plays the helicopter co-pilot who invites Riggs and Murtaugh for a helicopter ride after they are promoted from Sergeant to Captain.

Tuerpe played a thug with glasses in Arma mortal 2 (1989) and again in Arma mortal 3 (1992). Each film in the franchise featured a thug who wore glasses.

His roles of which he is most famously known for - Superman: el film (1978), Los goonies (1985) and the Arma mortal (1987) quadrilogy - are all movies directed by Richard Donner.
