Nat Perrin(1905-1998)

In the 1990's Nat was an instructor at California State Northridge University in the RTV Radio Television department as it was known then. He taught writing mainly, but he was also a producer and director, so he had a wealth of experience to divest to his students. On many occasions he had guest speakers who had worked in the industry talk to his classes and field questions. Joseph Ruttenberg, ASC was one of them. Gary Baum, ASC credits theses experiences as positive and encouraging and was instrumental on his path to become a Cinematographer.
