Mark Barton was lighting designer. Christian Frederickson was sound designer. Stephen Horton was stage manager. Jason Pacella was assistant stage manager. Kimberly Colburn was Dramaturge. Kelly Gillespie was casting director. Rachel Dart was assistant director.
