They are however eliminated by slipping a poison into the cake grandma, who failed the physical test to join, baked for them. Grandpa and Mieke are trapped in the shed when the fire i started, but although knocked out, Toby can be transformed into his superhero alter-ego.

The commissioner and Tobi are ready for the annual police fitness test in the village, presided over by chief commissioner Manz. Mieke is preoccupied with a millionaire and his spoiled-rotten younger partner, who want to buy the sea-life show's dolphins for her birthday. As their attendant Jos suspected, after traces from a first attempt warded off by the seal, the couple hires two brother, wanted crooks, to steal the 'fish'. Mieke is late for the test, disqualified and fired, unlike the commissioner, who cheats by shortcut as usual. Mieke's replacement is an undercover inspector.

The vain commissioner entered Toby as 'mere' pilot of his blue police team at a cart race, promising the 100,000 Euros cash price to charity. The brothers Mark and Mario Mustang resort to systematic sabotage to eliminate each rival in turn. Toby is knocked out and Mieke captured, but Toby is found and Mega-transformed just in time.

The town prepares a celebration for its first astronaut, who is about to be launched in a Spaceshuttle. Alas, he's tied-up so a spy can steal the launch key and sell it to mobile pizza vendors Ronny and Bjorn, who plan to launch a laser cannon and blackmail the world into submission. Mike stumbles onto the plot, but she and the commissioner are clumsy enough to get caught and sent along in the shuttle to be launched into the void by Bjorn. Toby takes on Ronny, so he can hand the ground control device to grandpa. Only Mega Toby, boosted with a rocket, can fly to space rescue.

The commissioner is the 'general' in charge of a 1942 battle reconstruction in the town's military domain. He orders Mieke to guard the forbidden zone, which contains the national HQ where resides 'mother superior', a super computer (except by Bliep's standards), which must take charge of all computer-controls in the country during a war or comparable emergency. Crook Hannes and his ICT-gifted accomplice, Wannes, plan to seize it so they can rob all banks. As they kidnap Mieke, grandpa remembers Mega Mindy gets all her powers from Bliep, so he now transforms 'Mega' Toby to save her, the village and the country. He does so more cunningly the Mindy.

Saint Nicholas is wrongly accused of keeping people awake at night, he and his Black Pete have to prove their innocence.

Saint Nicholas reads in his book that all children have been naughty. This means he, his Black Pete and his other friends face the biggest problem they have ever encountered.
