This show is a great show! The characters are engaging. The acting is good. I think this show is a wonderful ABC Family show; it has something for every family member. It is fun enough for the kids, dramatic and engaging enough for teens, and it really makes you think, I think adults would enjoy it, too. Fun for all the family! I am super bummed that this show was canceled. Don't people like substance and quality anymore? This show is great! It teaches you to value people beyond their physical appearance; it teaches you that we all have our own struggles to go through; and that if we team up, we can help each other. There are many more lessons and ideas this show promotes subtly and fabulously, but these are just a few that popped into my head.
Seriously. This show is fun to watch! It's funny, it's dramatic, it makes you think, it has great character-focus while also addressing some big issues that may concern a lot of people. I really think this is a great TV show.
Bring HUGE back!

I went into this theater expecting a fabulous, exciting movie, and I walked out utterly pleased. It was higher than my expectations! This movie was funny, it got you involved emotionally, it had enough action, amazing special-effects, and excellent acting.
Brandon Routh was excellent as Superman, and as the adorably dorky Clark Kent. He has the looks, the muscle, and he doesn't look ridiculous in the blue and red suit. Kate Bosworth was lovely and vivacious as Lois Lane, and James Marsden was, well, so very normal compared to Superman, but he did a good job, too.
Whatsisname was a good villain, a good Lex Luthor. He didn't overact the evilness; he got it just right. He got the power-hungry sense, and the wit and intelligence that Lex Luthor has; he didn't overdo it, but nor did he underplay it. He makes the viewers understand why this man has been doing so many horrible things.
The only reason I give this 9 is because of the inconclusive ending. I hope that there are more Superman movies with Brandon Routh after this. Bryan Singer did a fabulous job with this.
The plot line never lagged. It was always exciting and making the viewer ask questions. It was action packed and suspenseful; it didn't have too much action, nor too much non-action. It had a good balance of emotional conflict and action-type conflict.
Also, this movie does not confuse the non-Supermanbuffs. I am not a Superman buff, but I was able to follow what was happening, and what Krypton was and why Superman left in the first place, etc. etc.
I would advise this movie to anyone who is searching for a good reason to go to the theater, or for someone who wants to see a good action film, or for people who are wondering if Routh can be a good Superman. Go see this movie as soon as you can!

An hour after I saw the movie, and I'm still tearing up about it! This movie was excellent. I have been caught up in the movie hype, and secretly getting excited about it, and reading the excellent reviews of it here on IMDb. I have been wanting to see it for ages, and knew it was going to be good (and was so happy when it won awards)! But even so, my expectations were not just met, they were EXCEEDED. This movie is more excellent than I can put into words. I think it will open a lot of people's eyes to the real beauty of the love that can be shared. The love between these two men, Ennis and Jack, was amazing. It struck chords in my heart and left me breathless, and teary, and it really made me feel for them.
This movie is amazingly poignant. The acting is SO amazing! I've never seen Heath Ledger act better than he did in Brokeback Mountain. Jake Glyllenhaal I had never really seen in movies, but I knew his name, and he did a wonderful job in this movie, too. He has those eyes that just sink you in and get you stuck there, swimming in them.
The plot is realistic, telling of the hardships of 1963, but mostly the movie is about the love shared between the men, and how they cope with not being able to be together every minute as they wish.
This movie also had some really funny parts in it. It's a drama, but there were some parts that really had me laughing. And at other parts, it can be so intense...intense passion...intense anger...intense sadness, and anguish..."Brokeback Mountain" is a masterpiece because of the giant heart the movie, and its characters, have. Their hearts show through their love. It's stunning. It leaves you wanting to see the movie over, and over, and over.
Poignant. Beautiful. Magnificent. These words can't even sum up the total effectiveness and excellence of "Brokeback Mountain." This is a movie you must experience in order to understand its greatness. See it, and you will understand.
