I wont repeat all the reviews on this movie because they said it better than I can. Quentin Tarantino will go down as Hollywood's greatest directors, and like someone said "It's not his best movie, but it's still worth watching". But one thing threw me off for the entire movie: What was all that coughing, hacking and spitting that Leo did throughout the move... what was that all about? I'm trying to put this piece of the puzzle together and cant. If you never saw the move before, you'd think he had AIDS and was going to die at the end of the movie. I kept waiting for that to happen and it never did. This is the only thing that ruins the movie for me, or did I miss something?

The best thing about this movie is that it was shot in Germany not long after the war ended. So you see the rubble still left behind in many of the scenes, as this was shot on the real streets of Berlin. If you're a fan of WWII history, the backgrounds alone are worth the view. Another thing of interest is that only two real actors appear in the movie, while all other the others are actual military men still in uniform, and for untrained actors, they do a heck of a job, and in most cases, you wouldnt know that they've never stood before a movie camera before. The plot is sort of interesting, considering the type of movie this is. I wont give it away, but there's a decent twist towards the end that you might not see coming. All in all, a very enjoyable movie, especially if WWII is your thing.
