All is said in the title. Genuine pleasure. No exeptions.
Definitely overrated. I've seen better quality flicks. This is just not good. And as a Russian it disappoints me to see director using Russian actors who just don't fit here. Absolute garbage. I'm surprised with all the praising reviews.
If this show completes season 1 - it'd be a miracle. This story is for an episode of Black Mirror.
Clean CNN propaganda. What a shame. So much could have been said about the region and it's rich cuisine. But no. Americans need to push the agenda ...
I hate it when americans start to lecture people of other nations how they should act in their own countries. Anthony Bourdain was doing the same, example: Russia, Vietnam and Libya episodes of Cuts unknown. While admiring the Italian culture and being grateful that so many truly italian things have been preserved, he goes ahead with political liberal narrative about letting other countries in and become a melting pot what america is in an essence. What good does it make? And especially- lecturing a person who just cooked for you. C'mon americans, stop telling the world how to live. This was the disappointing episode of otherwise great food&travel show. Not surprised whole thing is produced by CNN....
Dunno where this is going, but Alan's performance is awesome here. Plot is really SyFy but the premise and the characters are awesome. Love it being so light.
Absolute pleasure to watch a man a professional to speak of one of the picturesque places in UK. With love, with passion and with tenderness. Definitely will be visiting this place some day.
I gave 3 stars, not because I protect Trump. I'm not even US citizen. I give it low score because it politicizes the epidemic. And, please correct me if I'm wrong, was it Trump supporters who since beginning of October are flooding the streets of US cities ignoring the pandemics? So yeah. It's a twosided story
